The State Law and Order Restoration
Council hereby enacts the following Law:-
1. This Law shall
be called the Law Amending the City of Yangon Development
Law.
2. After the word
"the Chairman" contained in Section 4
of the City of Yangon Development Law, the word
" the Vice-Chairman" shall be inserted.
3. Section 5 of
the City of Yangon Development Law shall be substituted
by the following:-
5. The Chairman of the Committee is the
Mayor of Yangon and the Vice Chairman of the Committee is
the Vice-Mayor of Yangon.
