The Law Amending the Myanmar Companies Act
(The State Law and Order Restoration Council Law No.2/91)
The 6th Waning Day of Tabaung, 1352 M.E.
(5th March, 1991)

The State Law and Order Restoration Council hereby enacts the following Law:-
1. This Law shall be called the Law Amending the Myanmar Companies
Act.

2. In Section 26 of the Myanmar Companies Act, the following sub-section shall be inserted as sub-section (5):-
(5) The Chairman of the State Law and Order Restoration Council may-
(a) vary the licence by making it subject to such conditions and
regulations as the Chairman of the State Law and Order Restoration Council thinks fit, in lieu of, or in addition to, the conditions and regulations, if any, to which the licence was formerly subject, or
(b) issue a new licence in lieu of the licence formerly granted.
